We collect the minimum we need, keep it only as long as useful, and give you full rights over it — at any time.

If you only read one paragraph, read this.
We collect your name, email, phone, city, password, and preferred practice slot — nothing else. We never sell your data. Payments are handled by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) — we never see your card number. You can email support@healersmeet.com at any time to access, correct, export, or permanently delete all your data.
What personal information we collect
We collect only the minimum information required to deliver the programme you enrolled in (“purpose limitation” principle).
What we DO NOT collect
- ✗Aadhaar, PAN, or any government ID
- ✗Your bank account number or UPI ID
- ✗Your credit / debit card details (handled 100% by Razorpay)
- ✗Medical records, health history, or medical diagnoses
- ✗Device fingerprint, browsing history, or cross-site tracking
- ✗Your location outside of the city you voluntarily provide
How we use your information
Your data is used only for these specific purposes:
- Delivering the DLT Module 1 programme you’ve enrolled in.
- Communicating with you about classes, schedules, homework, certificate.
- Providing admin support when you write to us.
- Processing payments (via Razorpay) and issuing GST invoices.
- Anonymised statistics (e.g. “52% of our students are homemakers”) — never with your name attached.
We do NOT use your data for marketing to other audiences, profile-building, or any automated decision-making that affects you.
Who we share your data with
We share personal information only with the following technology partners, strictly for the purpose of running this programme:
What we share: Only the payment transaction (name, amount, order ID). No card numbers are ever shared back to us.
What we share: All course-related records: profile, progress, certificates.
What we share: Anonymous HTTP traffic logs (IP, user-agent). No form data stored at edge.
What we share: Email address and WhatsApp number only. Used for transactional messages only.
We do NOT share data with: ad networks · data brokers · social media pixels · analytics companies (beyond anonymous Google Analytics if enabled) · recruiters · any third party who would use it for their own marketing.
We NEVER sell your data. Not now, not ever. If we’re ever acquired, the acquirer inherits this obligation in writing.
How long we keep it
Active students: We retain your data while you’re enrolled plus 3 years after course completion (for certification verification, legal compliance, and your own future access).
Leads (registered interest, didn’t enrol): Retained for 12 months, then automatically purged. If you didn’t join, we let your data go.
Payment records: Kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law (GST, Income Tax), stored in encrypted form.
Upon your deletion request: Removed within 7 business days, except the parts legally required to retain for tax purposes (which are anonymised).

Cookies and tracking
This site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to operate — there are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Session cookies: Keep you logged in during your visit. Expire when you close the browser.
- Functional cookies: Remember your chosen archetype / form state. Not personally identifying.
- No advertising cookies. No Meta Pixel (unless you see a consent prompt and accept). No Google Analytics identifiers beyond anonymous aggregate counts.
Children's data
DLT is an 18+ programme. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, please email support@healersmeet.com and we will immediately remove their account.

We typically respond to privacy-related emails within 24 hours (2 business days at the outside). If you don’t hear back within that window, please WhatsApp us as the email may have been caught by a filter.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll notify all active students by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You can always check the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
